If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with GPB Services India Private limited and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with GPB.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Platform by providing Registration Data while registering on the Platform as Registered User using the computer systems. GPB allows the User to surf the Platform or making purchases without registering on the Platform. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean GPB Internet Private Limited.

When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Platform, including but not limited to, (e.g. Product Reviews, Seller Reviews), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. -Out of Stock

If the product is not in stock, gamingpcbuilt.com has every right to cancel the order without intimation to the customer, email should be sent for canceled order. In the event of Out Of Stock, full amount will be refunded to customer.

– ASSEMBLE YOUR PC

Your assemble quotation request can be discarded if there will be invalid contact number.

-Cancellation Charges
2% amount to be deducted when order cancelled by the customer.

– Handling time
There are 7 days handling time. If order will not shipped after 7 days then order will cancel and refund will be initiate to the respective payment method. In case there will COD, order will cancelled and infirm to the respective customers.

-Product Information images and Specification
All specifications of products and its images mentioned on our website is just to identify the product, it may be vary time to time by its manufacturer, in that case our company is not liable for any errors or any technical thing which does not match with the product received by customer. Please refer to manufacturer website for the actual details like product images and specifications.

-Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

-Electronic Communications
When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

-Credit Card Details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on gamingpcbuilt.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you. I.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to gamingpcbuilt.com. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by gamingpcbuilt.com with any of the third parties unless required by law, regulation or court order. gamingpcbuilt.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

-Shipping and Delivery Policy
Tracking of shipment can be delayed upto 24 hours after shipping due to postal department update. We are dispatching products same day before 5pm. After 5pm any order will be dispatched on tomorrow shipping cycle. High priority order can be delivered before 7pm. This can be tracked on Indian Post with valid tracking id which we will provide you after shipping.
All standard orders can be shipped by our shipping partners . Standard delivery time depend on area pincode and courier partners.

-You also agree to:
Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Gaming PC Built’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”)
Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if gamingpcbuilt.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement, gamingpcbuilt.com has the right to refuse to provide you with access to the Site.
